All Jaws and Pipe Jaws over $50 Ships FAST & FREE. Washers,Swivel Clamps and End-Caps are charged $6 with one day shipping too.

The vast majority of our orders ship in a USPS small or medium flat-rate priority box.  Heavy/Bulky Restored vises need to be calculated individually, I give a estimate of the shipping charges in the listed price before getting a actual address that I can dial in a price from UPS.  Some real heavy vises can be shipped by Fastenel. Call me for info on using these guys.

Turnaround:  All orders are shipped next day Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm.

 

No shipping to anywhere outside the United States. Sorry.

 

Return, Refund and Exchange Policies

Despite our best efforts, occasionally we make mistakes.  We will incur all return shipping charges for our errors. Our intention is to remedy such situations as quickly as possible.  If you are returning a product and want a refund because it did not work especially fitting jaws for a different vise then the refund will be issued once the product is returned and a $7 charge will be deducted for shipping charges paid for shipping.

**PLEASE** measure twice OR send us your worn jaw and we’ll measure it.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email info to MountainProduct@gmail.com to return or exchange a product. Include the reason for the return.  

2. Mail the product back to:

We recommend providing a delivery confirmation or tracking number.

Reasons for Returns

  1. Wrong size sent (We pay the shipping)
  2. Wrong size ordered (You pay the shipping)
  3. Adjustment needed (You pay the shipping)
  4. Not satisified for other reasons (You pay the shipping.  A full refund given within two days after return)

Exceptions:  Merchandise that has been reworked or damaged can not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges:  If your item is in new condition, you may exchange it for a different size. You will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you still will have to pay shipping---in this case two times.

Credit Card Charges: Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.

Checks/Money Orders

Domestic checks, cashier checks and money orders other than USPS require additional time to clear.  Typically 8-12 days.

Orders placed with USPS Money Orders will ship within 3 business days..
